- Start-> Run, type lusrmgr.msc and hit Enter.
- You will see the window with two folders: -Users and Groups.
- Go in the Users folder, and find the user or administrator.
- Select and Right Click on it.
- You will set the option Set Password...
- Now, You can change the password without knowing the old one.
- Set your password and restart your computer.
